How to set local IP on Ubuntu Server?

I connected at 192.168.0.107, then 192.168.0.105, now at 192.168.0.104. How can I set this value to some kind of constant.
I use a local area network with 1 router. The computer is connected via ethernet, and I connect to it via ssh via wifi.
