Big delay in accessing the disk subsystem in esxi, why?

There are 3 virtual machines running on the server, one of them is a vm with mssql + 1c. There is an assumption that for N period of time, the disks start to become dull because it is ssd (since they have a limited number of records).


In such a situation, the array does not always fall apart.
What actions need to be taken?
- I'm thinking of replacing the discs. Maybe something else?
