BareMetal SSD Cloud Servers at Scaleway - what is it?

Scaleway BareMetal Cloud Servers has SSD https://www.scaleway.com/baremetal-cloud-servers/
So I don’t understand, is BareMetal a separate piece of hardware provided (dedicated server) or is it a server inside another server (VPS / VDS)?
And how can they do it?

Some dead Atom or something like that. They are bashfully silent about iron.

They use Intel Atom Avoton CPUs, which, although 8-core and formally belong to the server class, are still pretty dead. However, for many tasks this is quite enough.
Bench in multithread:
Intel Atom C2750 2.4 GHz (8 cores) - 6000
Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 - 12600
In a single thread, everything will be much sadder.
