Banned from Upwork without much explanation. How long to wait for a support response?

After almost a month of torment, I received the first order to finalize the HTML page. After 3 hours, the work was ready and I received a translation from the client and gratitude for the work done. A day later I get banned! Quote from the letter below:

Hello, %username%,
To maintain a safe and trusted marketplace for all, Upwork takes action when we suspect behavior that violates our Terms of Service or otherwise negatively affects users. We recently found such activity in your account, which was linked to the following additional user account(s):
customer account name
To protect you and the marketplace, we've restricted your ability to post jobs or submit applications, as well as your ability to make or receive payments.
For Upwork to reinstate full account capabilities, we'll need to review the following information:
- How do you know your client client name ?
- The nature of the work completed, including examples
- How you are communicating, with example screenshots of conversations
Please respond to this email with the information requested above so we may further assess your account's current hold. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Regards,
The Trust & Safety Team

Actually, is it a normal practice for Upwork to first ban, and then force developers to prove that you are not a camel? All correspondence with the client was immediately sent to the ticket. And now almost a week ends, and Upwork technical support is silent. How much longer do you have to wait? Is there any way to speed up the review process?
