Bank accounts for appstore and googleplay?

i want to sell app on apple store and google play.
as I understand it, you need to initially pay for a developer account?
in general, I have my own physical account, and my mother's account as an individual entrepreneur. my mother's account (dollar) does not have a card.
is it possible to pay for a developer account from my card (individual) and withdraw the earned funds to my mother's account or other accounts. we just have limits on IP accounts, in the future I will change accounts to receive funds.
in google adsense it is possible to add several bank accounts to receive money, the question is whether there are such methods when withdrawing from ios and googleplay.
