Android App Rejected During Google Play Moderation?

Greetings.
I uploaded an application on Google Play that interacts with the external API of my service, for which I was refused moderation:
Your submission has been rejected for interfering with or accessing another service or product in an unauthorized manner. If this submission was an update to an existing app, the version published prior to this update is still available in Google Play. Please review section 4.4, of the Developer Distribution Agreement, then modify your app and resubmit. Additional details have been sent to your account owner's email address.
How then can I interact with my service API through the Android app? The application sends a request to the server, receives a response, and renders the data to the UI. The client does not receive any prohibited content. Perhaps I need to indicate somewhere that the application is interacting with an external source?
Thank you.

@Rfce

If the API is on a domain, submit the domain ownership document.
It may well help ...
UPD: I myself encountered

Most likely, you have touched the most important organ of Google - the bablon gland. Somewhere somehow you get grandmas bypassing Google's 30%
