Backup servers on Linux, alternative to Veeam, for FS/MySQL backups?

Guys, I'm interested in one question and its solution.
Available:
- Home server on Debian 9
- Dedicated servers from different providers also on Debian 9
I would like to somehow back up the important data of these dedicated servers to my home server. The home server has a dynamic IP, which means it is he who must "collect" backups from the servers. What do you want to backup? File system (certain folders), MySQL databases.
I really like Veeam with their solution of "agents", but their "host" works only on Windows, and somehow I don't really want to keep Windows only for backups. Are there any alternatives to Veeam that will work as a "host" on Linux?

Bacula, BareOS - a cool backup for all occasions.
The truth is hefty non-trivially configurable.
But if you get through - be satisfied.

Rsync or heavy artillery (but with all the bells and whistles) from the next answer.
