Azure subscription?

Unable to get a free subscription to Microsoft Azure error "You are not eligible for a free subscription." Tried different accounts and maps but no use. What could be the problem?

The fact that Azure does not provide its services in the country of your residence. At least in Ukraine and, it seems, in Russia it is.
