How to access shared folder in MS AZURE virtual machine?

Hello everyone
There is a virtual machine on MS AZURE.
It has a folder "for public access" to which you need to access via the Internet via WebDav (\\ip adress VM).
Tell me which way to dig, I can not find the desired setting.
