AWS. How to work with Load balancer when autoscaling?

Set up autoscaling through the AWS web interface. Instances are successfully added under load. But they are not added to Load balancer.
Two questions:
1) Should the new instance be added to the balancer?
2) How to configure it through the web interface? I searched everything, but I don't see it

When you create an autoscaling group, a wizard opens, at the first step in 1. Configure Auto Scaling group details
Select advanced details,
check Receive traffic from Elastic Load Balancer(s)
and select your load
balancer, of course, the load balancer must be created in advance.
