How to set up Amazon VPC so that Private Instances go to the Internet through one external IP?

Actually a subject.
We need step-by-step instructions on how to properly configure the VPC so that
all instances from the private subnet go outside through one Elastic IP
. The fact is that the API that we need to work forbids pulling the API from different IPs.
