Availability not showing in Host?

Please tell me what is the problem. Availability in the Host tab does not show (highlights the status) how the host is connected to Zabix.
Where to dig a solution to the problem? At the same time, Zabiks receives all the metrics, i.e. everything is working.
ps I just painted over the IP of the host, everything is ok with it, if anything.

This is an old nuance of the Zabbix web interface / server, you have all templates with active checks, and the agent itself pushes data to the server, and for Availability to be green there, for some reason, the server itself must ask at least one metric from the agent (you need the zabbix agent item type)
