How to generate a report on unsupported data elements?

Zabbix performs a bunch of checks with user scripts and it's not uncommon for a change in the computer's configuration or a som script to return nonsense, which zabbix announces as unsupported items.
In the information about the state of the server, I have such data on all nodes as much as 860 pieces !!
I am extremely concerned about this. And how do I deal with all this? Really to climb on each knot and to check?!? Active nodes 350

What version of Zabbix Server do you have?
Zabbix 3.0 is able to notify about the transition of elements to the unsupported state
