Auto Configure Microsoft Outlook Email Clients in a Domain with Account Substitution?
I have not tried it yet, but I understand that the mail server settings are distributed via autodiscover. And how to centrally distribute account settings for Outlook? So that he did not ask to configure anything at all. And immediately started with the account active at the moment on the computer of the domain ? Is it real?
The servers are third party. Not exchange

If the mail server is Exchange, then account autoconfiguration works only on computers that are members of a domain. In order for the mailbox to cling on its own without any action when you first start the client, you need to configure the GPO (User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 -> Tools \ Account Settings -> Exchange “Automatically configure profile based on Active Directory Primary SMTP address ” or whatever is in Russian) or a key in the registry (different versions of Outlook have their own).
If another mail server is used - alas, the data will have to be entered manually.
