Artifacts when connected via HDMI, on the kernel above 5.1. What could be?

Hello.
There is a computer on Ryzen 2200g and mat. board with hdmi and dvi out. Monitors are connected to both outputs. And everything was fine until the kernel became 5.2 and higher. Artifacts appeared on the monitor with hdmi (when changing frames) in the form of multi-colored pixels, and when you exit the standby mode, a completely green screen is in general. Moreover, the artifacts do not fall into the screenshot.
Can anyone come across this? Googled but didn't find a similar problem.
And for some reason, the kernel 5.1 disappeared from manjaro and it became completely sad.
