Article Platform

Hello!

Please tell me which service to use for the following task:
There is a group of students who will post their notes, articles on some service (a la habr). At the same time, access to the blog is configured, the ability to read, edit (only authors can edit, or "allowed" users, if there are several authors). Below, as usual, comments on the article. Lecture materials, assignments and training materials will also be posted here.

I was thinking about LiveJournal. But I think there are more convenient services for this task. There is no server. Therefore, I would like it to be some kind of Internet service (preferably free).

Who has any ideas?

You can try to do on the basis of https://sites.google.com/
Gives you the opportunity to create pages, discuss. Access to editing can be issued via mail. The limit, however, is 100MB, but if you add free box.net or dropbox to this, then this can be solved.

Thank you very much! It seems that both fit my task: they have the opportunity to maintain a collective blog. Which one do you recommend? )

if WordPress allows collective blogs, then choose it.

As an option - wiking instead of blogging - install the MediaWiki engine (which runs Wikipedia, Wookieepedia, Tradition, Wikireality and many other wikis) on your server, provide it with the necessary restrictions on editing articles (giving this right to a limited team of authors), and go ahead.
The state of "at the bottom as usual comments on the article" can be achieved using an external comment host (Instacomment, Disqus, etc.) embedded in the look and feel (skin) of the MediaWiki engine.

Livestreet.ru is gaining popularity, a very promising solution.
The number of modules is constantly growing, as well as users.
