Collective Blogging: Choosing a CMS?

Gentlemen, I know that the question is not new and have carefully studied all the answers on the topic. I also tried different options, but I didn’t find a solution that would satisfy all the requirements, so I’m asking:
I’m looking for a CMS for a blog (I can’t master the self-writing yet) with the following mandatory functions :

1. collective authorship of articles
   
2. "endless" comment tree - it is important that not like in fb, vk, blogger, but like in toster, habr, vc.ru, etc. - an infinite comment tree. If not infinite, then up to 10-15 levels min. Vertical line - subtree collapse button is desirable: like on vc.ru or livestreet.
   
3. post tagging (keywords). It is desirable to have groups of tags. Ideally, a tag tree (I haven't seen it anywhere yet).
   
4. multi -match search ! tags at once (and not just one at a time)
   

It is highly desirable:
- authorization of users through google, facebook, vk
- flexible design settings, including the ability to remake html css js.
- evaluation of comments (again, as on toster, habr)

Wordpress + finishing for yourself. You will hardly find a complete solution

Do better right away humanly. It is not difficult to implement on any more or less popular PHP framework.
