Where to blog about the development of your game?

I am developing a game, the project is planned to be quite complex and lengthy. Therefore, I would like to find a platform on which it would be most profitable to keep something like a developer’s note, show intermediate results and, most importantly, receive feedback from those who are not indifferent (and motivation that this is interesting to someone).
At first I thought about VK, it’s convenient there, but there is no target audience. You can post directly on your site, but it is generally unknown to anyone. Climb on some development forums, but it seems that the format is not the right one, I would like a blog.
In general, who came across and knows, please advise.

I would also add about Facebook, if you, like many commercially targeted igrodely, focus on the West and the United States.
Feedback is a delicate matter. It is better to get it from testers. You are not going to bend to any whims of the players? The problem is that they usually don't know what they want. And if all their desires are realized, then the game can slide into trash. And in the usual way, you will get feedback after the alpha anyway.
Don't forget that fans are not the biggest part of your audience. Corrosive meticulous players who will analyze everything and provide you with a full report on the work done are a rare exception. So if you have a multi-million audience, then you can hope for this, otherwise you should not. By default, a review (or at least a like) is left by about every 200th, and among them only a few will be useful to you.
And do not forget that a blog (forum, social network) is time. Ideally, to work with the audience, you need a CM, i.e. individual person. And if your project is complex and long, then, as I understand it, you don’t have so many people and time. So before the first alpha, if I were you, I wouldn't do marketing at all. By the way, no one likes to wait a long time, keep that in mind. If the development is more than a year, then you are almost guaranteed to start losing the audience gathered by sweat and blood. It is advisable to enter early access in six months, and then work fully with the audience. And, again, today "early access" is a full-fledged product with minor flaws, i.e. in a short time it is desirable to make the whole game.

1) There is an audience in VK - you just need to attract it. Well, just like almost everywhere else.
2) Yes, profile sites are better. The simplest one is gamedev.ru, there is a special section for projects in development.
3) I would also recommend twitter.

Start a website with the name of the game and it has 2 pages and a YouTube channel ("Development of the game [name]"):
1. Landing page with a presentation of what will happen in the end.
2. Subdomain dev.name.ltd and write a development blog here.
What you will be doing on PC, rob through an external streaming device and immediately put it on your YouTube channel and comment on the microphone. I advise you to spread everything: successful and UNSUCCESSFUL! development moments when creating a game. So - people will understand that not everything is so simple and "smooth" and will be more interested.
If 1 visitor returned at least once, then he is already known!
The next question is: how interesting is the site (content on it) to those who have returned?!
So don't worry:just make it visually high quality and informationally interesting and informative and people will come automatically.
