Which platform to choose for IT-blogging?

Recommend a platform for IT blogging.
As far as I understand, the main options are:
tumblr
blogger
wordpress
Perhaps there is something more suitable?
I ask you to express your suggestions, preferably with arguments why one site is better than another.

UPD: It would also be nice if the site had the ability to conveniently export all of its records in order to transfer them to its website in the future.

WordPress on your hosting, of course. It has a lot of obvious goodies: from security and complete control to excellent opportunities for internal and external optimization . Unless, of course, you are looking for a flexible system and are willing to dig into plugins / code to make sweetie.
