But, if you are ordering a large product, for example, an entire website, then it is much more reasonable to agree on a fixed price for the project, as there may be delays, and it will turn out to be much more expensive in the end.

For those who believe that 1C is bad and the people working with them are bad - if the products were not in demand, then there would be no specialists in these platforms, and if it is in demand, then it fulfills its tasks from beginning to end. I mean that Yii is cooler than Bitrix, but it is not appropriate to use it everywhere, like Bitrix - each task has its own tool and approach, and calling everyone schoolchildren and underprogrammers is, to put it mildly, not professional.

This is me to the fact that the layout designer himself is unlikely to receive more than 500-600 rubles / hour. And here you are more likely to pay for the "result of the team." True, this result can be very deplorable in this case, because 1k / hour with the current ruble exchange rate is a very low level in terms of team development.
