Are these prices per hour of work normal?

A group of freelancers makes the site for us. They have an hour of work of a layout designer costs 1000 rubles. and an hour of work of a programmer on Bitrix also costs 1000 rubles.
Can you tell me if the prices are right?

A decent developer even at a permanent job receives from $ 30 per hour. In consulting / freelancing, it all depends on the premium that the performer wants to receive.
No matter how junior prices, but quite appropriate.
UPD. I re-read the post and saw a “Bitrix programmer”. Drive this schoolboy in the neck, humiliate him.

Hourly pay makes sense for small tasks, so to speak.
But, if you are ordering a large product, for example, an entire website, then it is much more reasonable to agree on a fixed price for the project, as there may be delays, and it will turn out to be much more expensive in the end.

This is a normal price, but you should always look at the portfolio, and if you yourself understand at least a little in the code, you need to look inside its components and templates - everything will become clear whether it is a lot or not.
For those who believe that 1C is bad and the people working with them are bad - if the products were not in demand, then there would be no specialists in these platforms, and if it is in demand, then it fulfills its tasks from beginning to end. I mean that Yii is cooler than Bitrix, but it is not appropriate to use it everywhere, like Bitrix - each task has its own tool and approach, and calling everyone schoolchildren and underprogrammers is, to put it mildly, not professional.

I am more than sure that this group of freelancers works according to the business model of web studios. That is, all the money received is sawn between people. This is me to the fact that the layout designer himself is unlikely to receive more than 500-600 rubles / hour. And here you are more likely to pay for the "result of the team." True, this result can be very deplorable in this case, because 1k / hour with the current ruble exchange rate is a very low level in terms of team development.

The region is important, if MSK then it can be normal, if the region is then you definitely overpay every 2 times))
