Are there ready-made filters for search engines to filter junk sites?

I would like to be able to filter junk sites on my own, that is, put them in your own blacklist and have them disappear from the search results forever. An example is all kinds of dictionaries, etc. I would like it to be conveniently organized, so that it would be software specially tailored for this business, and not, for example, using the functions of a firewall. Are there ready-made tools for this, maybe someone has met projects in development on github or somewhere else? How else to solve this problem?
