Are there quality free level editors for unity?

I'm starting to create my first indie game, but since there will be more than 400 levels, I would like to somehow pass the time on them.
Resources and graphics are already prepared, it remains to find a decent level editor for Unity.
The game will be 2D or even 2.5D.
There are a couple of cool editors in the AssetStore, but alas, they are paid :( The
level editor is required to quickly make levels like these:

The Unity environment is the level editor.
For example, the V button to align the sprites with respect to each other.
