How to save an image in photoshop at high resolution?

Good time of the day.
It so happened that I needed to create an image in Photoshop, and after finishing the work, I realized that I could not save the image as a jpeg or png. There are tiff and psd to choose from. I noticed that I can't save the image at certain settings when creating the document. Namely, my settings were: width 2560 pixels, height 1440 pixels, resolution 300 pixels per inch, color depth RGB 32. Color profile: Working RGB something there ...
Please help with advice.
Thank you!

"Save for Web" option not working? Set the jpeg there to 100% quality and you're done. Or do you mean something else?

@fenris

Have you tried converting to 8/16 bit format?
Or is it critical?

@ga88er

Some formats do not support 32 color depth as well as rendering mode.
