Are there programs for uploading to the OneDrive cloud?

The situation is such that the standard Onedrive utility is not suitable due to the fact that it gives only its own folders to choose from.

I need to add completely different folders located on a different hard drive.
Synchronization is not important to me, I need to upload about 300GB to the OneDrive cloud
. Are there any other programs through which I can upload these files there? (browser not compatible)
