Does OneDrive integrate with AD?

Hello!
In a small organization (20-30 people) there was a need for remote access to documents stored on a central server. I want to make everything as user-friendly as possible. I began to look towards DirectAccess, but the price of client licenses for the OS is just space. The free volume in Yandex Disk or Dropbox is no longer enough, and there is no necessary functionality in terms of restricting access. How closely does OneDrive integrate with AD? Can I, by creating folders on the server, delimit access as I need using AD tools, so that on domain machines where I install OneDrive, access is only to allowed folders in OneDrive on the server.
