Good afternoon. The "Add to my OneDrive" button disappeared from the interface, that is, it is impossible to synchronize shared folders and no collaboration:

Microsoft technical support said that they are aware, but they have no idea why this happens and when they will fix it. This confused me a little, because I wonder if everyone has such a problem, or are these one-time cases?
