I don't use OneNote often, but a few days ago something happened to my file. The application gave an error ... I tried to open the file again, the error remained. Someone please tell me what to do.

Most likely the file has become corrupted, you can see some data in the OneNote bin. Here is the path to them - C:\user\Your-USERNAME\Documents\OneNote. In the end, I always recommend the program https://onenote.recoverytoolbox.com/en/ to recover the onenote.
