Please advise an open-source online store, for which there is a ready-made two-way synchronization with 1C, also with open source.

Almost no difference on what, you can not on php.

For example, OpenCart and nopCommerce
Both of them have solutions for exporting goods from 1C to the store.
In the opposite direction, it also seems to be a matter of a small plug-in for the store and a small handler on the 1C side.
But in general, if you are making a store that already has such a scale that you need 1C and you need to automatically synchronize it with the store, why not consider some ready-made commercial solutions? Looks like there should be enough money.
