I can say about the cons of opencart. Anyone will tell you about the pros anyway :)

Terrible spaghetti code, if you care about your nerves, don't look.

It seems that there is CNC, but only “sort of”, they are made through one place and work very poorly. You can even go to the main page at 2 addresses.

I don’t know if this is a minus, but opencart is not a CMS. You can publish a page, but sections and tags will have to be completed by yourself.
The rest seems to be good.
Of the free ones, I would choose between Magento and OpenCart depending on the size of your store.

Why don't you like Bitrix? Excellent engine for IM, full support for 1C.

Opencart is good despite its shortcomings. And there is a plugin for synchronization with 1C.
