On the main site, the last 1c exchange module with a site for Bitrix (big business) is configured.
All values ​​are gone. And according to the logs, everything is fine. But there are no changes on the site, as if there was no synchronization.
I tried the same setting, uploaded to our other site and everything was displayed. The infoblock with goods has been created.
What could be the problem, how to understand why there are no product/section updates on our main site.

There was the same problem. The admin changed the router and didn't say anything.
I decided to replace the new router with the old one.
