Very slow exchange with regulatory authorities in 1s, it used to be faster - how to fix it?

Updating in 1s reporting and exchange with regulatory authorities - has become sooo slow more than 30 minutes can be updated, before 5-10 minutes
what are the options for fixing?

The problem was solved, there was a problem with not decrypted letters. 1c stubbornly tried to decipher ... The problematic letters were deleted and the update became as usual
