There is a network separated physically from the Internet. Sometimes users need to check the available current link speed between the branch office and the head office. Ideally, I would like to get data on the incoming-outgoing speed on a web page. It is possible to place on bundles: Linux+apache+php, FreeBSD+apache+php, windows+IIS.
