Hosting constantly cuts resources. How to be?
I’m already moving on to the second hosting, which cuts resources and thereby forces me to switch to a more expensive tariff. And I also notice the constant influence of hosting neighbors. Why hosters are so dishonest. allocate resources?
How to be in such cases?

What does "cut resources" mean? Are you talking about shared hosting? Who uses it in our time for something more resource-intensive than a conventional home page?
If we are talking about VPS, then any changes in server performance are a reason for serious proceedings.
Well, firstly, you need to check if everything is in order with your site, application, perhaps it is not optimized and thus loads resources too much. Secondly, if it's still a matter of hosting, change to a normal one and that's it. Don't go for the budget-friendly options. I have a loaded site on Wordpress + Woocommerce and everything works fine. I have been using Fozzy.com for about two years now. The load withstands with a bang. And I don’t even have a VPS, but a regular shared hosting. Here, there is an antivirus from the box, and software that fixes CMS vulnerabilities. Well, the web server is used by Litespeed, it turns out faster than the same Apache in practice.
