Advise where to find a good European Proxy?
Needed to work in programs (not telegram :)), so that the IP is constant.
Do not offer VPN.
Basically there are sharashkas selling proxy lists. This approach raises doubts, no matter how one of the "one-day" proxies is sold for the cost of a dedicated one.
Or a European VPS so that you can push squid onto it and forward ports (Less interesting, except as a proxy will not be used)
