Is it possible to improve the quality of L2TP, PPTP connections?

Hello. For a year (YEAR) I have been working remotely due to a pandemic, on the communication line (optics), there are packet losses, 1 packet out of 1000 (ping 8.8.8.8), and so this loss is enough for the VPN to stop working (I fall off the network) , can I increase the connection check timeout in Windows 10 somewhere? No more strength to endure, help!

such a loss cannot break the vpn connection ....
my anyconnect connection usually hangs for months ...
