From the rasbrerry pi webcam, the video is streamed to the Cloud Windows Server 2012 - and the Win-> screen is broadcast to users. How to do this?

In general, I have a dedicated IP = 123.123.123.123 on my rasbrerry pi and a webcam that broadcasts video to port 8080 using the mjpg-streamer utility
. I have a VPS server with IP = 222.222.222.222 - (With Windows or Linux) to choose from - through it I want to "proxy" the entire live video stream, that is, there will be only one data transfer stream between my Raspberry Pi and the "Cloud" - and from the cloud to thousands of users, the video will continue to diverge multi-threaded and without delay.
I wanted to launch a browser on cloud Windows with camera from Rasbrerry via VNC - and broadcast the Desktop screen on the port, but the software could not be launched.
Is it possible to somehow conveniently broadcast a video live stream with a low ping through your Cloud VPS linux or Windows server 2012? Tell me through which software to set up traffic forwarding

Streaming via screen broadcast is a fierce nonsense.
There is specialized software for this. Install something like Adobe Media Server (or any other stream server) on the server, stream from the camera, for example, via rstp, and end users are already watching from the server.
There are a lot of software and hardware solutions that can stream already on youtube right away, and there at least a million views.
