How to make a web project in all languages at once?

I would like to take the preferred language from the headings and automatically translate all the inscriptions into it via Google Translate (but I want it to be free) or something else, even if it is a rare language.
How do they do this without reinventing their wheel?

It will be very poor, something like this:

You need a new mouse driver. If you are a Microsoft mouse user
visit the Microsoft Web Servant where in a special basement you can
drop-download the most current Microsoft mouse driver. If
your mouse is made by a different manufacturer, find out about the mouse manufacturer. All major
mouse manufacturers already have mouse packers for Windows 95.
Before you attach a mouse packer, make
a back-up copy of your dossiers. It makes sense to clean your hard drive. You
must have a start-up disk from Windows 95.

Especially for rare languages and rare verbal expressions.
In addition, Chrome, for example, itself offers the user to translate the site with its own translator, so there is no point in such work.

Most likely, you will still have to reinvent the wheel, most often for the main sections and buttons of the site (project), if you are interested in translating content, then in automatic mode it will turn out approximately the same as what Armenian Radio wrote.
To be honest, it’s better to translate only sections of the site itself (GUI), everything else will be done by Google Chrome. Not?
