A relatively banal question, but he himself has not yet been able to find a definitive answer. Can I, as an individual, a non-resident of the Russian Federation, receive payments through any service that will receive money for me from legal entities of the Russian Federation by bank transfer, and charge me a commission for this? With closing documents, etc.
Something similar is implemented in FL.ru through a secure transaction, but there the client's payment officially goes through as "an operation to replenish an account account for the subsequent purchase of a service, a B-format account" and I'm not sure that this is enough.
