Are there IT villages in the north-west of the Russian Federation?

Several times on the Internet, the topics of IT villages flashed, where there is excellent nature, fishing, family vacations, but, at the same time, there are all conditions for work - first of all, the Internet, co-working, periodic gatherings of it specialists.
Are these themes moving? Is it possible to live/work on a budget somewhere within a radius of 300 kilometers from St. Petersburg with all the conditions for family vacations and remote work?
Renting a country house usually comes out quite expensive, now prices have generally been raised. In Finca, it’s even more budgetary, only the euro exchange rate fails ...
Previously, Crow Farm pleased, but now the prices there have jumped 2 times along with the exchange rate ...
Apparently it’s time to organize and build such a village ourselves :)

I propose to get a free hectare of land in the East and build an IT-collective farm. Growing root crops and, of course, programming - what could be better?

In Pskovskaya there is an abandoned children's camp with a bunch of houses - in the forest, on the shore of the lake, 1 hectares are stretched along the lake with a sandy beach. Owned by a dude - they sold it 3 years ago - so no one bought it. Here there is fire in general, and the Internet, by the way, is of tolerable quality. Throw in a toaster and buy :) There is even a canteen there, the beach is sandy and everything is fenced, there is no through passage, but you can enter by car.

Curious.
Is this really interesting to anyone? I have a house of 300 m2 on a plot of 50 acres, 25 km. from Peter. Around the forest. To the Neva 500 m.
Internet only mobile MTS LTE 5mb up 4 down. Megaphone only 3g 2 and 2.
I'm thinking of going abroad for a couple of years. I can't think of what to do with the house. IT village, perhaps an interesting option.

You can live not 300 km from St. Petersburg, but 800 km to live perfectly

what is included in the overhead costs, sharply raising prices?

Taxes, cadastre, rising utility bills, repair/construction prices (+ materials). Do not forget to add problems with local authorities, many of whose representatives are somewhat inadequate about IT, including those who will consider that your audience is rich.
First, it’s good to find out what is the fate of the planned Crimean IT villages , which were announced back in 2014. As a result, 2 frail co-working spaces came out at a price of 3k per day?
It's easier to build mini-hotels, eco-houses, etc., so as not to attract attention with the loud name "IT village", which will attract all those who suffer from the budget.
