Complaining about a customer on Upwork, what experience?

Hello. There was such a situation: we ordered a landing on upwork, fixed-price. After dozens of edits, sometimes unreasonable, the client disappears for a week and says that he needs to think. Then he appears with new "guidelines", as he calls it, and sends me a new text for the entire landing. I ask for a surcharge, to which he points out to me that this is all my fault and that he asks for changes in the design. he does not like it (although his changes concern only the text, to which I have no idea). Tell me, who in such cases complained about the client on the upwork and what are the successes?

I advise you not to even pick and do everything as this type tells. Be very responsive and accommodating, and if possible, push the order to a successful completion and acceptable recall. But then do not work with this customer if you make sure that he has inadequate expectations.
Being rude and demanding (let alone appealing to support) now, when they have already gotten themselves into trouble, is the last thing. Your rating will be ruined after that, inevitably.
PS Before starting a fixed project, always clearly specify how many options and series of edits are included in the price, and in what form the result of the work will be issued.
