Are there current converters with smooth voltage buildup?

The situation is this: I use MeanWell converters from 220 volts to 24 volts. When you apply power, the converter instantly supplies the device with the number of amps that the device wants. The question is: is it possible to somehow do this smoothly, that is, so that not the maximum is applied to the device, but the voltage grows progressively, the fade in effect, so to speak? Do such converters exist, or is it already necessary to buy computer-controlled controllers?

If anything, I power LED strips, they are not afraid of dimming.

This is called soft start or soft start in their language.
Google soft starters for LEDs, something like this https://asp-v.ru/products/plavnyy-pusk-led

the corresponding RC circuit in the power supply voltage control circuit will save the father of Russian democracy.
LEDs, in principle, don’t care for smooth switching on, it’s only Ilyich’s bulbs that burst. or you for beauty??
