Which capacitor is suitable for removing static charge from the body?
Which capacitor is suitable for removing static charge from the body?
I constantly beat the current, I can’t stand it anymore. It happens so much that the fingers hurt.
I notice that the frequency and strength of the charge changes from changing clothes.
I want to hang some kind of capacitor on my body or something like that in order to remove this charge.
What do you advise?

Install a humidifier. The main reason for the accumulation of static is dry indoor air, especially in the winter season.
A capacitor won't help you.
If at home you can put a humidifier or something else, then at work this is not always possible.
I just developed a habit of getting up from a chair (an ordinary spinning office chair), touching the wall with my hand, and then you can do anything, the charge is removed with one touch, and quite smoothly, unlike touching metal objects of a large mass or other people. In 90% of cases, as I noticed, it hits with static after getting up from a chair (apparently, the material is like that). Synthetic clothing also contributes to this.
If during the repair of electronics or simply the installation and dismantling of devices and modules sensitive to statics, then it is better to put on an antistatic bracelet and connect it to the equipment case (it must be grounded!)
Most often, in such bracelets, the wire directly connects the human body to the case, although it is safer and more correct to do it through high-voltage resistors in total 1 MΩ or so, the discharge through it will still go away in a short time, but if you accidentally touched something under voltage, then much less chance of electric shock (of course, if you stand on a dielectric rug at the same time). Being directly connected with such a simple bracelet to ground, it is better not to climb into live devices, only work on disconnected ones.
Hang antistatic, like on cars. It will drag behind you and remove static. Both beautiful and original, and reflectors can be hung - additional security at night :))
The capacitor is already there - it's you! There is such a thing as a "body model", In terms of ESD, you represent a 100pF capacitor with a resistance of 1500 ohms.
More like antistatic. When I get out of the car in winter, I first try to take hold of the body of the car and then I start to get out, then the electricity immediately drains and does not hit after getting out.
