Are there cross-platform alternatives to Evernote?

Hello.
I continue to switch to work under Mac OS.
Another problem has arisen.
Be... the day you started using Evernote. Rare ... but I haven't found an alternative yet.
1) The database structure for Mac OS and Windows is different. You can not put the base on the NAS and use it on both OSes.
2) You can not create a tree hierarchy. Just tons of single-level information lying around with ten tons of tags.
3) There is no possibility of synchronization with your NAS. The data is stored on a foreign server.
Maybe someone found some alternative?
Necessary:
1) Offline work. All my information should be stored with me, and not with unknown persons on servers. In this case, the database should be read equally on Mac OS and Windows.
2) The ability to synchronize / backup to your own NAS.
3) Ability to create a tree structure in the information.
4) Plugins for browsers to save information from the page.
