How to fix sheet width and scale in OneNote?

One question is tormenting, in Onenote (2010) it is impossible to fix the width in sheets and it turns out that a regular document in it can be stretched in width by 100500 screens, and you have to scroll horizontally to straighten the document normally, and even if the width of the page content does not exceed 1 screen the horizontal scroll does not disappear anywhere and allows you to scroll into the void almost endlessly, I understand that this is most likely a bug, but maybe someone knows how to turn it off, I want it to have sheets of a simple A4 format and not this infinitely stretchable crap :(
