Is there a simple local mini DBMS with UI and database portability?

You need a program to maintain tables or lists like:

Автор | Произведение | Жанры | метки
Оксана Н. | Мои любимые гвозди| Хоррор, Мелодрамма| не пересматривать, посоветовать друзьям
Tommy N. | Сельская печень | Док., Триллер | скинуть родителям

- Platform - Linux (preferably Windows, but if not, then no).
- I would really like autocomplete for all columns, or at least for fields with labels, so that all labels entered once can be reused and not make mistakes when typing.
- You definitely need a convenient search for all this - the output of all lines containing the desired label or combination of labels. In short, the ability to make requests.
- Do not advise naked SQL. I want to make my life easier, not the other way around. The program is needed with an interface - to drive in and get fast.
And portability is also very important. The files in which the info will be stored should be easily dumped on a chip, transferred to another PC and opened there without any "tubo-jumbo" like restoring a database from a backup or dropping a bunch of files into some directory in the abyss of system folders.
In short, I'm looking for "notepad - DBMS".
