Why doesn't udev rule work?

I need the udev rule to work when usb is inserted, which directs the script to be executed.
The contents of the file with the rule 20-usb.rules :
ACTION="add", KERNEL="sd**",RUN+="/home/pi/autorun.sh"
Tried to run the script separately, it works. Maybe someone knows what could be the problem?

I solved the problem, I had to set the rule for 50+ module, because. system can't process usb
