Are there "CMS" for admins (editing databases)?

Good evening everyone.
There is a small self-written site with its own database of three tablets and text logs.
I would like to get an admin panel with authorization and the ability to edit some fields of the plates, filter, search. The ideal option also involves parsing searchable text log files.
As I imagine. There is a certain "cms" that eats in the form of classes / xml structures / other format description of the data structure, incl. which fields to edit, by which to filter.
myphpadmin does not offer. The ideal option will limit the ability to change some of the fields, limit filtering and give the data a more human look.
Additional wishes:
1) mysql
2) php (so that it starts on a cheap hosting)
3) the ability to manually finish it up to specific requirements
I'm happy to read about all the options (including those outside the additional requirements)!

If the front is going to write on Laravel, look towards ready-made admins. Not the best solution, but at least something
Example (there are quite a few): quickadmin.webcoderpro.com

You just have to add restrictions management and so on.
But on the other hand, high-quality code and convenient work with database tables.
