What lightweight CMS engine to use for a blog?

In general, it took a light cmska with a minimum of functions (news, blog, comments, advertising, etc.). So that you can easily pull any design on it (mostly bootstrap). And then with Wordpress there is a lot of litigation regarding stretching and fitting. Writing yourself is not an option. It would be desirable OpenSource.
Thanks (:

Wordpress because there are no other comparable options.
The simplest solution, if you don’t modify it with your own plugins, it’s terrible in terms of code quality.
