Are there BI solutions for small and medium businesses?

Today I searched hard, but could not find a web service or desktop software that would allow you to do elementary BI for small and medium businesses.
Let's say I don't even want to get smart advice from the software, but to conduct an elementary cohort analysis of the client base of a medium-sized beauty salon. The task is simple, but the only solution now is to unload the database from 1C and make the calculation in Excel. The same applies to other key business metrics that we are used to in e-commerce.
Similar visualization tools are available in SAP, Salesforce and other large systems designed for large businesses, but is there really no similar out-of-the-box solution for SMB?

Did not look towards SAS? They seem to have solutions for small and medium businesses .
