What to do if views in analytics do not work correctly?

Good afternoon! I understand with analytics, it was required to create several representations. Views for separate site segments and for certain types of traffic, but the following problem arose:
When creating (through creating a new one or copying the old one) a view, going into the reports, I see zero data on sessions, as if I had just connected counter codes. Then, after a few days, sessions come, but there are significantly fewer of them than in the main view. How to be? There is a feeling that the traffic in the new view is filtered, however, all filtering functions are turned off, and the new view is an exact copy of the old one.

New view - new data. None of the old ones are copied. The collection starts again.
